Who we are

Family Villas Gili Air, two private pool villas on Gili Air, Lombok, Indonesia. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us on familiesvilla.com.

What we collect

When you book or send a question: your name, e-mail, phone, messenger, country, travel dates, number of guests, arrival details and your message. We do not collect passport data or card numbers on this site.

Why

Only to answer you, manage your booking and stay, take payment and meet legal duties (for example, guest registration required by Indonesian law).

Who sees it

Only the villa owner and staff. Payment is processed by a payment provider under its own privacy policy. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare servers (the hosting of this site). Booking notifications are delivered to the owner via Telegram.

How long

Booking records are kept for 3 years for accounting, questions — for 1 year, then deleted.

Cookies and statistics

We do not use advertising cookies. Visit statistics are anonymous (Cloudflare Web Analytics, no cookies, no personal data). The admin area uses one technical cookie for the owner only.
